I am a Doctoral Candidate in Marketing at the Indian School of Business (ISB). My research lies at the intersection of Marketing Strategy, sales optimization, decision-making, innovation, consumer behavior, and branding, with a particular interest in applying game theory and econometric methods to address complex marketing problems through empirical research.
Previously, I worked as a Research Associate under Professor Sudhir Voleti, where I explored innovation narratives in earnings call reports and their implications for stock market performance. This work involved leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to analyze corporate communication beyond traditional machine learning approaches.
Before joining ISB, I gained experience across academia, technology, and industry. I worked as a Research Intern at IIM Kozhikode and as a Product Marketing Manager at a startup. Earlier in my career, I was part of the development team at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), contributing to NABARD’s initiative to build India’s first core banking application for Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS).
With an academic background in Computer Science and Marketing, I am passionate about conducting research that integrates data analytics, econometric methods, and marketing insights to contribute to high-impact scholarship in A*/A category journals. My broader goal is to develop innovative, data-driven approaches that bridge technology and market research, enabling deeper strategic insights and more impactful business decision-making.
